I have included some of related papers in PDF files in a folder.

 

Original MS Windows' *.exe demo files are untouched and included on each demo's folder for your reference.

 

OCR demo project is not included.  I don't think it works.

 

For conversion from DelphiNEAT, I have to

  remove ACTION related stuffs.

  remake all CHART/Series related stuffs.
